 I was born and raised on the North Shore of Oahu, a beautiful and vibrant place that I'm proud to call home. Real estate runs in my blood. Growing up, I was surrounded by it, as my father is Richard Sterman, the Principal Broker of our office. Sterman Realty has been on the North Shore for over 44 years and has an immense legacy of professionalism and community trust. 

I learned a lot from my father, not only about real estate, but also about life. He taught me the importance of honesty, integrity, and hard work. He also instilled in me a love for helping people and making a positive difference in their lives. 

That's why I decided to follow in his footsteps, and of course, add my own touch to it, and become a real estate associate myself. I love what I do and I enjoy every aspect of it. From meeting new clients and understanding their needs, to finding them the perfect property and negotiating the best deal, to closing the transaction and seeing their smiles. It's a rewarding and fulfilling career that I'm passionate about.

I'm also passionate about my family, my friends, and my hobbies. Ana and Kenui are my biggest supporters and motivators. I also have a great circle of friends who share my interests and values. Some of my hobbies include surfing, hiking, golfing, and flying drones. I have been flying drones since 2013 and it is one of my passions. I use that in all of my clients' favor since I do aerial photos of every property I list or rent - for free - and that makes a huge difference.

I'm also a former professional skimboarder who traveled to many places for competition. I won the advanced (pro) division of Hawaii in skimboarding and grew up sandsliding on North Shore. I love surfing and foiling, but due to an injury on my back, I haven't been in the water as much as I would love to. But I'm not giving up on my passion for the ocean. I'm always looking for ways to improve myself and overcome any challenges.

I believe that life is a journey, not a destination. And I'm always eager to learn new things, explore new places, and meet new people. That's why I love living on the North Shore, where there is so much diversity, beauty, and opportunity. And that's why I love being in real estate, where I can help others achieve their dreams.
