Three years ago, Ana joined as his assistant, helping streamline operations and elevate marketing efforts. Then came Zander in 2024, bringing fresh energy and support on transactions and the long-term management side, followed by Draytie, who quickly became an integral part of both transactions and short-term property management.
David founded this team because he understands that today’s real estate landscape demands more than one person can handle alone. Ana holds a degree in Business Management, which she combines with her creativity and attention to detail to lead all marketing and media efforts — including drone photo editing, property photography, branding, social media, signage, and the website. She also supports the short-term rental portfolio alongside Draytie, assisting with guest communications, and plays a key role in preparing listings for market — crafting descriptions, refining details, and reviewing everything before going live.
Ana recently passed her real estate exam and will be activating her license starting next year, expanding her role on the team to provide even greater support in transactions. Her organizational skills, eye for design, and dedication to presenting each property at its best make Ana an indispensable part of the team.
